Agencies

Run every client's assistant from one account

Sub-accounts for each client, roles for your team, one bill and one pool of credits.

  • Sub-accounts, four levels deep
  • Five seats with roles
  • Client data isolated
  • One shared credit pool

What your visitors ask

The same questions, every day

  • Can I manage all my clients in one place?
  • How do I keep clients' data separate?
  • Can my team have different access levels?
  • Can I white-label it?
  • How many client sites can I run?
  • Can clients see their own results?

How it works

Answer, act, and let your team know

  1. A sub-account per client

Assistants, knowledge and conversations kept in each client's own space.

    Do you do emergency appointments?

Yes — call before 10am and we'll see you the same day.

  2. Roles for your team

Owner, admin, member and viewer — a junior can edit knowledge, not billing.

  3. Reports you can hand over

Export each client's results to PDF or Excel.

Before you decide

The questions agencies ask us most.

Still deciding?Ask the people who build it.
  • Is client data really kept apart?

Yes. Each sub-account is isolated by Postgres row-level security in the database itself — not filtered in the interface.
  • Can I white-label it?

Not today. The widget carries our name on every plan, because white-labelling isn't built yet. If removing it is a requirement, tell us before you sign a client — demand is what gets it built.
  • How is it billed?

The Agency plan is $79 a month for 79,000 credits shared across every client, up to five team seats and effectively unlimited assistants.
