1.The short version
Fourteen days, any reason, no conversation
If you are within 14 days of your first paid subscription, email hello@integrable.cloud and ask. You get all of it back. You do not have to explain why, and nobody will try to talk you out of it.
The rest of this page is the detail for everything else.
2.Cancelling
Cancel from the dashboard, in one screen, whenever you like. No notice period, no phone call, no retention offer, no form asking you to reconsider three times.
If cancellation ever fails
Email hello@integrable.cloud. We will treat the date of your email as the cancellation date, not the date we get round to processing it. A product that makes leaving hard is a product that has stopped competing on merit.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not delete your account — you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then drop to the free plan. To delete everything, close the account instead; clause 15 of the DPA explains what happens to your data then.
3.Refunds we give without argument
| Situation | What you get | When |
|---|---|---|
| Within 14 days of your first paid subscription | 100% of what you paid | Any reason, or none |
| We charged you after you cancelled | The full incorrect charge | Always |
| You were charged twice for the same period | The duplicate | Always |
| A charge you did not authorise | The full amount, and we will investigate how it happened | Always |
| The Service was materially broken for a meaningful part of your billing period, through our fault | A pro-rata refund for the affected period | Tell us what happened — we do not require you to prove it to a standard |
| We materially reduce core functionality on your plan | Pro-rata refund of the unused period, and you may terminate | As set out in the Terms, clause 11 |
| We terminate your account without cause | Pro-rata refund of the unused period | Always |
4.What is not refunded
Being straight about this is more useful than a policy that implies everything is refundable and then argues.
- Credits you have already used. Conversations that happened, happened — the model inference behind them was paid for.
- The remainder of a monthly period after day 14, if you simply change your mind. Cancel and you will not be charged again; we do not pro-rate a month you chose to start.
- Annual plans after 14 days, except pro-rata where one of the situations in clause 3 applies.
- Accounts terminated for a serious breach of the Acceptable Use Policy.
- Third-party costs you incurred elsewhere — another provider’s fees, an agency’s time, a platform’s charges.
If your situation is not in either list and you think it should be a refund, ask. This policy is a floor, not a ceiling, and we have discretion to go beyond it.
5.How a refund is actually processed
Dodo Payments is our merchant of record. They are the seller on your invoice, they took the payment, and they issue the refund. We authorise it; they process it.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method. We cannot send one somewhere else.
- We authorise approved refunds within 2 business days of agreeing them.
- Your bank or card issuer then takes its own time — usually 5 to 10 business days, and we do not control that part.
- Tax charged on the original payment is refunded with it, handled by Dodo in your jurisdiction.
If a refund has not arrived 15 business days after we confirmed it, email hello@integrable.cloud and we will chase it with Dodo on your behalf.
6.Chargebacks
If something is wrong with a charge, please email us before disputing it with your bank. A refund from us is faster than a chargeback, and it does not cost either of us the dispute fee.
We may suspend an account with an unresolved chargeback until it is settled — not as a punishment, but because the payment for the service being consumed has been reversed. Tell us what happened and we will usually resolve it directly.
7.The free plan
There is nothing to refund and nothing to cancel. It does not expire, does not require a card, and does not turn into a paid plan on its own. If you stop using it, nothing happens. The pricing page sets out what it includes.
8.If we change the price
We give at least 30 days’ notice by email before a price change applies to your renewal, and you can cancel before it takes effect. A period you have already paid for never changes price. If a price rise reaches you without that notice, it is our error — tell us and we will refund the difference.
9.If you disagree with a decision
Write to hello@integrable.cloud and a person will look at it again. If you are still unsatisfied, grievance redressal sets out the formal route, the timescales we hold ourselves to, and where to escalate beyond us. Nothing in this policy affects a mandatory consumer right you have under the law of the country you live in.
