What we'd look for
Three habits the product was built on
Not a job ad. If these sound like you, it's worth writing before there's a listing.
People who read the transcripts
Most of what's good about this product came from reading real conversations rather than dashboards. Looking at the raw thing before the summary is the instinct we'd hire for first.
People who say when they don't know
We built an assistant whose main virtue is admitting a gap. It would be strange to staff it with people who can't. Being wrong out loud and early is cheap; being wrong quietly is what costs.
Do you do weekend call-outs?
I can't find that on this site, so I won't guess. Want me to pass it to the team?
People who finish things
A small team has nobody to hand a nearly-done thing to. The last ten percent — the error states, the empty states, the documentation — decides whether anyone trusts the product.
Every error has its own page{
"type": "https://integrable.cloud/docs/errors/rate_limited",
"title": "Too many requests",
"status": 429,
"code": "rate_limited",
"detail": "Slow down and retry after the Retry-After header."
}Our promise
What a listing here will always include
The salary range
In the listing itself, not after the third interview.
A real start date
And a real budget behind it — no evergreen “always hiring”.
A reply from a person
Never a rejection for a role that doesn't exist.
