The agreement
These five bind you, in this order
They form one contract. Where two genuinely conflict, the one higher up wins — stating that is what stops a contradiction being read against whoever drafted it.
- 1Terms of Servicev2.0 · 10 September 2026The master agreement. What we owe you, what you owe us, who is liable for what, and which law governs a dispute.
- 2Data Processing Agreementv2.0 · 10 September 2026Governs personal data you process through us, where you are the controller and we are the processor. Incorporates the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
- 3Acceptable Use Policyv2.0 · 10 September 2026What the assistant may not be used for — including the AI Act uses that would change what this product legally is.
- 4Refunds and cancellationv1.0 · 10 September 2026How to cancel, what you get back, and the fourteen days in which you can change your mind for any reason.

Notices
These five tell you things
They describe what we do rather than bind you — which doesn't make them decorative. The AI transparency statement discharges a legal duty, and the privacy policy is the notice the law requires.
Privacy Policy
What personal data we hold as a controller, why, for how long, and the rights you have over it wherever you live.
v2.0 · 10 September 2026
AI transparency
That you are talking to an AI, which models generate the answers, what they are and are not trained on, and where human oversight sits.
v1.0 · 10 September 2026
Cookie Policy
This site sets none. The dashboard sets one. The widget stores one identifier, and disclosing it is the site owner's job.
v1.1 · 10 September 2026
Grievance redressal
How to complain, who reads it, how long we take, and where to escalate if we fail you.
v1.0 · 10 September 2026
Government requests
What we require before handing anything to an authority, what we will refuse, and when we will tell you.
v1.0 · 10 September 2026
Before you read any of them
Three things worth knowing
You don't have to sign the DPA
It binds us from the moment you create an account, on every plan including Free. Need a counter-signed copy or your own paper? Ask.
Two clauses decide the fit
Model providers receive your content on every answered message, and there's no choice of data region. Better learned here than in an audit.
Cancelling takes one screen
No notice period, no phone call, no retention flow — and a full refund within fourteen days, for any reason.
The clauses: model providers · transfers · refunds
- Email notice before a material contract change or a new subprocessor
- 30days
- Full refund window, for any reason
- 14days
- Documents, each versioned and dated
- 10
Adjacent, and not part of the agreement: security · trust center · accessibility · vendor questionnaire
