What it means#
The owner's limit on talking was reached - minutes in this conversation, or this agent's minutes this month.
Retry after fixing
Retrying unchanged will not help. Correct the cause, then send it again.
What causes it#
- A long spoken conversation passed the per-conversation limit (10 minutes unless the owner changed it).
- The agent passed the monthly voice minutes its owner set.
How to fix it#
- The visitor can keep typing; nothing else is limited.
- Owners raise or remove either limit under Engagement → Voice.
The details object#
This code carries a details object with more than the message can say:

Still stuck#
Quote the request_id from the response — hello@integrable.cloud. It is what lets us find the exact request. The full list of codes is at Error codes, and the conventions every endpoint shares are in Retries, versioning and limits.
