Billing and refunds

Who invoices you, how refunds work, and what happens to your data when a plan lapses.

Who charges you

Dodo Payments, as merchant of record. They appear on your statement rather than us, and they handle sales tax and VAT remittance for your jurisdiction. Card details go to them directly and never reach our servers.

When you are charged

Monthly, in advance, on the date you subscribed. Prices are in US dollars. There is no annual plan, so there is nothing to pre-pay and nothing to be locked into.

Changing plan

Up or down at any time, taking effect on the next cycle. Downgrading does not delete anything — if your new grant is smaller than your rolled-over balance, the cap applies at the next renewal rather than immediately.

Refunds

If something is broken and we cannot fix it, ask and we will refund the current month. We do not refund unused credits on a plan that worked as described — the free plan exists precisely so you can find out before paying. Chargebacks are worse for both of us than an email.

Cancelling

Cancel any time, from the dashboard, without asking anybody. The plan runs to the end of the cycle you have paid for and then stops. There is no retention sequence and no exit interview.

What happens to your data

When a plan lapses, the assistant stops answering. Your data — conversations, contacts, knowledge sources — remains available to export for 60 days, and is deleted after that. You can also delete it yourself immediately.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, email us. A lapsed card is usually an administrative accident rather than a decision, and it can be sorted out before anything stops.

Something wrong with a charge? Email hello@integrable.cloud with the date and amount — a person reads it, usually within a working day. See also how credits work and the terms.
