voice_ahead_missing

The turn named a transcript heard ahead during the visitor's pause, and it was not found - send the recording itself.

• The attempt expired (they are kept for two minutes) or the server restarted between the attempt and the turn.
• The attempt named was never sent, or failed.

• Send the same turn again with the recording in `audio` instead of `ahead`. The widget does this by itself.

Branch on error.code, not on the message — the code is stable, the sentence is not. Log request_id either way.
