What it means
A service we depend on failed — a model provider, or an integration you have connected.
Retry with backoff
Transient. Retry with exponential backoff and jitter, not a fixed interval.
What causes it
- A model provider returned an error or was unavailable.
- A connected integration rejected the call — an expired OAuth grant is the usual reason.
How to fix it
- Retry with backoff. Most upstream faults are brief.
- If it persists on one integration, re-authorise it in the dashboard; a revoked grant looks exactly like this.
