email_failed
An email could not be sent.
502HTTP 502 · Email Failed
What it means
An email could not be sent.
Retry with backoff
Transient. Retry with exponential backoff and jitter, not a fixed interval.
What causes it
- The email provider returned an error or was unreachable.
How to fix it
- Retry with backoff.
- Check whether the more specific `email_transient` or `email_permanent` is present — they say whether retrying is worth anything.

Still stuck
Quote the request_id from the response — hello@integrable.cloud. It is what lets us find the exact request. The full list of codes is at Error codes, and the conventions every endpoint shares are in Retries, versioning and limits.
